I want to wish everyone happy holidays as we wrap up 2024! At the close of a year, we sometimes pause and reflect on our involvement in various activities, both personally and professionally. If you are one who likes to reflect in this way and plan for the future, may I suggest that you consider your involvement in the Utah Museums Association. Did you attend the conference? Museum Exchange? Sites and Insights? Cultural Industry Advocacy Day? Participant in a P.O.D. or Museum Month? What were the benefits? How could you be more involved or engaged? Did you meet new people through any of these events or programs? As you reflect on these questions, please consider joining and connecting with us in 2025 in the way that best fits your individual needs (see website for details). We value all the museum professionals in the state of Utah and truly want to serve you. As our mission states, we seek to “build the capacity of Utah's museum community through professional development, networking, and advocacy opportunities.”
