Explore the Natural History Museum of Utah's new temporary basket exhibit, developed in-house with Indigenous co-curators. This exhibit celebrates traditional weaving and basket-making techniques unique to Utah and the surrounding areas.

 

Learn about the relationships forged and the insights gained from the close cooperation of museum staff with indigenous leaders, artists, and experts. Staff will also share how they developed their own internal and external programming based on this magnificent exhibit.

 

Continue networking at an optional pay-your-own-way dinner at Oasis Cafe (151 S 500 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84102).
