We hope you enjoyed your conference experience and feel armed with knowledge to take back to your institution. Your testimonial and session write-ups will not only help you organize your thoughts on what you have gained from the conference but also help us improve future conference programming. Parts of your report may be used in reports and for marketing purposes.  Your report is due by midnight October 31 and must be submitted online using the form below.

Please keep in mind that failure to complete your report could disqualify you from future scholarship awards, so please be timely in your submissions!
